SHIPPING
The delivery of the products purchased on www.kibelis.com takes place within 2 working days in Italy and 3-5 working days for all other Countries in the UE.

Currently we ship only within Europe, but we are working hard to market to all over the world as soon as possible.

The delivery times can undergo delays due to inventory or the following US festivity: Sept 4 Kids Back to School, November 23rd Thanksgiving, December 25th Christmas Day

An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order in which to return the purchased products.
