Returns & Refunds
Right of withdrawal
If you are a Consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason or incurring a penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from when you or any appointed third-parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To exercise a right of withdrawal, you should notify Kibelis by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After sending your request, you will receive a withdrawal confirmation email with the returned materials form that must be included in the packaging, and the instructions on how to ship the products. Remember to insert the completed RMA form in the packaging, together with the product and send it within and no later that 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the confirmation email to:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
If you have received the product, please return it to Kibelis without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you sent notice of your withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall be responsible for the direct risks and costs of returning the goods, and providing proof of the same.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which Kibelis receives your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such refunds using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund via a different means of payment, in which case you will be charged for any additional fees incurred as a result of your choice of such means. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having despatched the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are found to be damaged (for instance showing signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformation, etc.), not complete with all parts and accessories (packaging materials, boxes, documents and/or other contents included in the original package) unaccompanied by the instructions/notes/manuals supplied, the original packaging and packing and the original warranty, if any, the Customer shall be accountable for the decreased value of the product, and be entitled to receive a refund equal to the residual value of the Product. To this purpose, it is highly recommended you refrain from handling the product other than as strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, and to use the original packaging of the Products plus further protective packaging that will keep them intact and protect them from writing or labels.
Returning nonconforming materials
If you have received a faulty and/or nonconforming product, you are required to report any defects and non-conformities of the products within and no later than 2 (two) months of acknowledging the same, sending an email to email@example.com, clearly indicating the defect and/or non-conformity detected, along with the relative information indicated on the form itself (at least 1 (one) photograph of the Product, the order confirmation sent by Kibelis and/or the receipt).
On receiving the form and related documentation, Kibelis assess the nonconformity you reported via the website owner’s service centre and, having carried out quality control tests in order to assess whether the product does not in fact conform, shall, at its own discretion, decide whether to grant authorisation for the products to be returned, responding to your e-mail to the address provided by the Consumer when registering with the site or placing the order; this e-mail will include the "RMA Code" Authorisation to return the products shall, under no circumstances, infer acknowledgement of the nonconformity; this aspect will be assessed once the products have been returned. You shall send the products that Kibelis has authorised to be returned, together with a copy of the returned product materials authorisation e-mail indicating the "RMA Code" within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the nonconformity was reported to the address indicated above.
In cases of nonconformity, you shall be entitled to have the conformity of the product reinstated with repair or replacement of the same by Kibelis, or alternate remedies in the cases expressly foreseen by art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
If Kibelis undertakes to give you a refund for the price paid, the refund will be effected, where possible, using the same payment method you used to purchase the product, or by bank transfer. You shall be responsible for providing Kibelis, by email to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, your bank details, so as to allow Kibelis to transfer the refund to your account.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Kibelis s.a.s., Via Bologna 8, 09032 Assemini CA, Italia.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
